Quill &amp; Quire&#039;s reporting frames the lawsuit as being &quot;intended to staunch tens of millions of dollars in lost royalties.&quot; Royalties which would, presumably, be used by AC to sue universities, but there you go. http://www.quillandquire.com/google/article.cfm?article_id=12480 I also refer back to the CAUT statement where they stress that universities not dealing through AC are making other arrangements that work with the Supreme Court&#039;s decisions on Fair Dealing.]]></description>
