Federal cuts to Community Access Program and BCLA action

The federal government has recently cut the Community Access Program. Michael Geist’s Tyee article, Fed’s quiet cuts to the community access program, explains some of the problems with these cuts, such as the real possibility that low-income Canadians will effectively be shut out from the internet.
